The Shimpi Business Forum is a dynamic platform built to empower entrepreneurs and professionals from the Shimpi community by fostering a strong and collaborative business network. With a legacy rooted in enterprise, the community has evolved over time—shifting from traditional businesses to diverse careers. Today, as a new generation embraces entrepreneurship once again, the need for networking, knowledge sharing, and business support has become vital. Established on 28th September in Thane, the forum brings together Shimpi entrepreneurs from all sub-sects to promote growth, trust, and shared success. Our mission is to create opportunities, enable connections, and build a united, forward-thinking business ecosystem across Maharashtra and beyond.

Narendra Hanumant Bagade
Founder and President

Narendra Hanumant Bagade is a dynamic business strategist and seasoned mechanical engineer with over 35 years of industry expertise and 20+ years of leadership in business networking. As the Founder Director of Shimpi Business Forum, he has been instrumental in connecting entrepreneurs across Maharashtra, India, and global markets, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and shared success.
A visionary leader, Mr. Bagade also serves as the Founder President of the Business Educational Association and the President of Sanmitra Seva Mandal, blending professional excellence with social commitment. A dedicated RSS volunteer, he is passionate about enabling entrepreneurs at every level with access, opportunities, and strong business ecosystems. With a powerful network that spans borders, he continues to shape the future of community-driven enterprise.

Dr. Rajan Balakrishna Pore
Director

Dr. Rajan Balakrishna Pore is a renowned Ayurvedic specialist with an M.D. in Ayurvedic Medicine Manufacturing. He served for 32 years as a Class I Medical Superintendent in the Maharashtra State Health Department, contributing across various healthcare sectors. Post-retirement, he continues to offer medical services in collaboration with the NGO Red Swastik.
Dr. Pore is actively involved in community development and currently serves as the President of Namdev Shimpi Hitvardhak Mandal, Thane, and is the Founder and Advisor of Thane District Namdev Shimpi Unnati Mandal. He also serves as Medical Advisor for the Konkan Division of the Akhil Bharatiya Namdev Kshatriya Mahasangh (New Delhi) and is a Trustee of Shri Shimpi Samaj Hitvardhak Pratishthan, Mumbai.

Mr. Ravindra Bhanudas Kalekar
Director

Ravindra Bhanudas Kalekar is a retired Reliance Industries professional with over 35 years of experience and a strong background in Chemistry. Post-retirement, he leads an environmental lab in Dombivli and is actively involved in social service within the Namdev Shimpi community. He has held key positions in various community organizations and currently serves as the president of the Thane District Namdev Mandal and director of the Vaishy Business Forum. He has led initiatives in education, health, disaster relief, and youth empowerment, and continues to work towards community upliftment with dedication and purpose.

Mr. Hemant Mudrale
Director

Mr. Hemant Mudrale holds a diploma in Electrical Engineering, a two-year Company Management course, and a Diploma in Yoga Teaching. With over 10 years of experience across industries such as fabrication, food, textile, chemical, and control panel manufacturing, he founded his company in 1995. Initially starting with trading and contracting, he later focused exclusively on manufacturing flameproof electrical equipment. Today, his operations span over 31,000 sq. ft. with three manufacturing units.

The company is certified by ATEX, BIS, and PESO, and supplies to major multinational corporations, oil refineries, and defense industries, with exports reaching the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. Notably, Mr. Mudrale led the creation of the world’s largest flameproof enclosure in collaboration with L&T Defence and Tata Advanced Systems, and has recently partnered with Schlumberger (USA) for a new joint venture. His journey is a true example of entrepreneurial excellence and global achievement.

Mr. Hemant Tukaram Haval
Director

Mr. Hemant Tukaram Haval is an Electrical Engineer, having completed his degree from Gomatesh College, Belgaum, in 1988. In 1992, he began his career at Sudhir Switchgears Pvt. Ltd., Thane, where he has been working for over 32 years in the fields of production, manufacturing, and flameproof equipment development. Though officially retired, he continues to serve the company as needed due to his expertise.

Driven by the vision to see the Namdev Shimpi community excel in business, he serves as a Founder Director and Treasurer of the Namdev Shimpi Business Forum. Passionate about social service and entrepreneurship, he actively supports and mentors those looking to start and grow their businesses.
